This project installs a physical network into Newbattle onto which many of the research and development projects will be deployed, especially those that would bring risk to the school network.  This is seen as an essential test bed for many of the projects in the Digital Centre of Excellence. It will be managed by the school based Learning Technologists with expert advice coming from the University of Edinburgh and an external network security consultant.
